The reason she suspected this was because she saw scratch marks on Alec's body, but Alec told her that the scratches were from sports. According to the lie detector test, her fiance never had an std, he never cheated with an ex-girlfriend, the scratch marks didn't come from him cheating, and that he had never cheated on her at all.
